So, who is Destinations HD?
Destinations HD was designed after using a travel agent for a few personal vacations, including my own Destination Wedding in Puerto Vallarta. I had never been out of the country before and my agent emailed a confirmation and sent a hand written note saying "thank you for your business". I was then left to figure out everything else about a destination I had never been to. After my struggle, I knew I could provide a higher level of service that would include more than just a confirmation number, so after leaving my corporate position in 2009, I made the leap and created my own travel agency.
We are not your typical "travel agency". I wanted to be more than that, so I designed my company around the concept of a travel concierge that would enhance experiences by providing very detailed information with valuable instructions and travel tips from my years of experience to make your life easier and vacation as hassle-free as possible! We even have a Mobile Travel App that provides all your travel details in an easy to use app, so you don't have to fumble through paper documents and is eco-friendly.
